Some tape over bolts helps to stop wear on plastic cover.This is my second one, first still going strong.. SO this second one was for the frame for an anti caterpillar netted frame.. with a SPARE COVER for when the first cover is DONE.. They are good value.. the first is into its third year.Bury the edges well for security.

It was easy to put together and very quick to fall apart. The pre drilled holes were in the wrong place and the zips are absolutely useless. I am gutted I wasted my time and money on this load of crap. This tunnel did not last the first strong bit of wind and crumbled. Please do not but this crap

As a former sailor (gaff rigged schooners) and engineer I can attest to the suitability of this product for my purposes. It is not built like a ‘brick sh*thouse, it is very light and flimsy as befitting a temporary structure and needs to be customised for different uses. My unit was purchased in 2015 and is still going strong; it goes up in November and comes down in April. I live in Cornwall which has very little snow but when it threatens I put 4×2 struts under the roof beam for additional support., but we do get a lot of wind. Souwesters straight off the western approaches. My unit is on hard standing and I use concrete beams as weights to hold down the tunnel. I have reinforced the cover at selected points with a top quality duct tape and then punched grommet eyes. The flaps designed to be buried are then tucked under inside and tied back up onto the frame itself. Over the years I have added rags as padding to prevent chafe. This has never let me down and is still going strong. Steel screws and fitting will outlast plastic for years to come. Five years works out at less than a tenner a year to protect all my tropical plants. BARGAIN.

it looked great to start with,got hot etc,then the winter came the cover gor ruined and the bars bent,completly useless now ,had to take down,not happy
