i bought this vest specially for squats. Weight of this vest is evenly balanced. this provide a fantastic challenge for my regular indoor workouts. It’s a lil bulky but what else can i expect…. after all it’s a weighted vest.

the vest itself is of good quality / styling & price . the disappointment is in no helpful instructions enclosed with vest on best way to insert bags and that the bags appear to be of different sizes and no markings . when having tried vest on some bags slipped out indicating bags may differ in size ? as a result with no helpful instructions i would not recommend purchase . i would return but package but no returns invoices came with order .

Bought this vest to wear around the house especially when cleaning. Have worn it for a couple of days for about 2 hours at a time with only 4KG added (starting out slow) it is good value for money, I’m 4′ 11″ and was worried it might be a bit long but it is fine as you can see from the pic. Looking forward to popping it on under my jacket and going out for a longer walk.

Product isn’t the best one on the market but is the best value for money one I believe. Also like the fact that the wieght is easily adjusted for different exercises. Overall not a bad buy.

The vest is great for wearing going out for walks/running as well as exercising. However, due to the fact that you have to actually insert the bags into the the vest, it can be very frustrating to insert – especially since there’s no instructions how to, the slots don’t feel like the can fit the entire sandbag in, and the low quality material used for the bags themselves. The bags are very easy to break, I’m not sure if it’s the stitching or the material itself but if you apply too much force onto the bag while trying to put them in the vest then it easily bursts open. I had accidentally broken 3 before I could even put it on. Think they’d be better off already putting the sandbags in for the customer to avoid this issue. Other than that, its very comfortable to wear, it’s easy on my skin and I definitely feel the effects of lugging about it on me. Just hope I get a long use out of it before anymore of the bag burst.

This vest is good value for money, but buying this over more expensive ones does have a couple of downsides.The weight bags are a pain to put in as the pockets and holes for the pockets are a tad smaller than you’d expect.Once the weights are in they do stay put, however certain weights can be very uncomfortable as there is NO padding between them and your body. Spesifically, I’ve found the ones that sit on your shoulder blades and chest do become irritating and can make using this vest painful after 30 minutes of use.Doing workouts with this is rather uncomfortable and again, can be quite painful because of the placement and positions of certain weights, but if you later up a few shirts and don’t mind being extra sweaty then you should be okay.It’s definitely a “does what it says on the tin” kind of product without any extras, but for the price you pay you can’t really expect added padding ect.
