Was really excited to receive this item and it arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately when I got to stage 8 of 9 I found that when trying to screw in the hinges the screw heads broke clean off leaving the screw bit in the door and obviously the hinges not staying on. I did however contact the seller and they resolved the issue. They offered to send a replacement free of charge and the customer service was excellent.I initially gave 3 stars because I was disappointed because I loved it so much and goes really well with the rest of my house and blends in like a normal piece of furniture. However have changed the rating because of the response and customer service and the problem rectified.

I love the look of these I purchased 2 for my dogs. Unfortunately the bars aren’t very sturdy as 1 of my dogs has managed to bend 2 out.
