Boasting a vintage design with a steel construction, this firewood rack will stylishly hold your wooden logs together in style. Its solid frame is durable, with a rust-resistant powder coating for extra strength for prolonged use, which is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The high side walls prevent the logs falling off, whilst the slatted bottom prevents water build-up to prevent decay. Spent a long time looking at various log stores since I bought a house with a wood burner. The wood ones are expensive and also display the wood leaving it open to the elements. The metal ones with a cover seemed a better way to go but I was torn between an indoor and outdoor one. This is the best of both worlds.It’s small enough to fit indoor in my living room near the fire. When full (pictured) it easily stores a barrow bag of wood which lasts us a weeks worth of fires. The hardware attached (poker, shovel, tongs and brush) are of sound quality. They can double up on the hooks as I’ve done to allow for easier access.There are enough slats on the base and sides that small pieces of wood don’t fall through the gaps. It’s sturdy when assembled but light enough to easily manoeuvre when empty. The gap below allows good air circulation to the logs which helps if you’ve not bought kiln dried ones.A very decent bit of kit at a good price. As soon as spring comes I’ll be able to move this outside and use it with the outdoor burner so it has all year round use. I don’t think it is big enough to use as a permanent outdoor wood store but YMMV.

Really pleased with this log holder. We wanted it to hold large logs and others we looked at were just too small. It looks nice and is well made. We want another one but currently out of stock.

Product arrived promptly and was well packaged. I put the unit together in around 15 minutes, and I was on my own (I recommend having someone to help) The pieces all went together very well but getting the product square was tricky to do by myself.I think it looks fab in my room, and it holds a fair amount of wood. The style is plain and I imagine would fit well with most decors.I like the accompanying tools, and like how they can be stored almost out of sight, clever indeed.
