Im 5ft 10in , athletic build with average shoulder width. This fits perfect. Also secures tight and well around the body.

The weight is true and as a rather large chested female to fit it OK and not to uncomfortable. It didn’t come with the sand pre-packed in the vest though and alot were difficult to get in their section, it took a few attempts to get them in securely so they weren’t falling out. Over all am pretty pleased with the vest

If you have very strong fingers and a week to spare to load the weights into the pockets then it’s ok I suppose but the weights don’t really fit.

Every time you take it off then put it on bags fall out , some of them bust I spent more time cleaning them up not training what a waste I had to throw it in the bin only had it 2 days utter useless might be ok for walking in but that’s it.

Great addition to a workout…..I would add a cautionary note- buy a vest thats roughly 10% of your own bodyweight..
