    My nephew loves it. Its just simple body weight exercises done on a bench. Easy to setup and easy to use.

    Okay for the price. Fairly stable for sit ups.. The push up bars are slightly loose but not uncomfortably so. The assembly instructions are written in the most appalling English but not too difficult to assemble. However no instructions on how to use so had to look for YouTube video. The resistance ropes are a joke. So will have to get replacements for those. Overall satisfied but not blown away
