On unpacking item, I noticed there was cosmetic damage to some of the metal parts – noticeable scratches. Then, once assembled, I also noticed one of the footplates was also damaged – part of the plastic on the side was cracked. I should have checked each part beforehand, but, having put it all together, it would be a hassle to dismantle and return. Annoying, as when you spend £90 odd on something, you shouldn’t have to put up with a damaged item, cosmetic or not. Let’s just hope the actual product is worth it.
