This was bought as a chair for our receptionist, Lovely chair, comfy and good for back posture. she is 5ft 3 and its a perfect size, i would not recommend if tall due to the head rest is low.loads of different settings for vibrations and 3 different positions only down side is you can not just have heat only.

I’ve had it for a couple months now and would recommend, it’s just a shame about the heating and massage functions.The massage can not just be ‘on’ in all sections, like due to power restrictions with the chair.The heating is also only lower back, which is the ideal spot that they could have chosen, however I wish they also added it into the seat itself.Easy enough to build and a fairly sturdy chair with lackluster massage and heating function.

I love the heat and massage function on the chair. It really helps with my co diction and it is so easy to operate. I especially love the built in holder for the keypad.I think this is a good practical office chair with a difference.The only critique I have, is that I would have liked it to have a comfier seat. I have a few bone and joint pain issues so I possibly need more cushion. However it is no different than chairs in work, so this is just a personal preference.

OK, so I HAD to write a review, given how polarised they seem to be. I was a bit nervous, but I’m really happy with mine, it’s very comfortable, and the heat function is awesome. Couple of pointers- 1) if you’re short (I’m 5’4), you’ll need a foot rest too. 2) make sure you tighten those screws to the max 3) don’t panic when you first work out how the top and bottom connect, and worry it’ll be flimsy- it’s not. The massage function has probably caused the most controversy- I’m really happy with mine, yes it’s more vibrate than masseuse, but ……it’s a chair…? Overall I’m really pleased with it, and it’s great value for money. May need a pillow for the head support, but otherwise happy

Needed an office chair for our home office, this offered all we wanted.Easyish to assemble, instructions OK but wish there were written instructions to go with the pictures.Comfortable, heat and massage work well, had issue with the recline… As in it won’t!Can’t see how it can recline when there is no pivot point, but pressing the button did nothing.Contacted the company and they replied really fast, gave me advice but still won’t work.They offered replacement but wasn’t able to work from home with nothing to sit as would take time. Opted to keep chair with a small refund.Still a great chair but would have preferred all functions to work.

I’ve had the chair for 15 months1. Not too bad to assemble but I’ve had lots of practice putting chairs together over the years.2. After a few months I stopped using the heater/massager – cable gets in the way when moving the chair around. Nice feature but not missing it.3. I’m 110kg so near the upper limit – padding is gradually getting less comfortable so need extra cushion.4. Chair started to wobble after a few months – now tilting slightly to one side all the time. I have tried fixing it a couple of times.I’ve bought a replacement chair (without heat/massage)- Finally realised that this chair had failed because the wooden base to the seat squab had snapped next to the metal frame – see photo.
