Very good bench, nice and comfortable and fits me wel. Am 5ft 5″ so not tall. Pads are ok and the overall sturdy ness is spot on. Instructions to put together were useless.

It is very light and easy to move around and it doesn’t feel like it will fall apart. Assembly instructions left a bit to be desired, ended up having to look at the pictures online to see if i did it right (which i didn’t). It is foldable but it’s a bit of a faff to do it as it involves undoing 2 bolts with nowhere to store them on the product once removed. Has plenty of positions but the roller bars are a bit on the small side so it’s a bit uncomfortable. would be best suited to people under 12 stone i think as they would fit it better.

I’ve had this for a few days now and I am disappointed!Here is my verdict.Assembly – The instructions are not helpful! You will figure it out but it’s only after taking a long look at the picture. I still don’t know what two of the parts are for and the leaflet does not say.Sturdiness – I am 240 lbs and the thing is obviously not made for people like me. Already it’s started to fall apart. I don’t expect it to last a month.Design – the concept actually works and gives you a good workout but take note of my two points above.Verdict – I hope I get my money back! This thing is not with the price and will not stand the test of time.

Easy enough to assemble with the instructions present however make sure you have a few spanner’s with you if you want the bolts in firm to keep it sturdy. Still shakes and jolts a bit when I sit on it and isn’t solid. Not sure if a heavier person would bode well on it. It’s as comfy as a sit up rack can be with the leg padding giving some discomfort to the calves but that is to be expected with the exercises.

The construction looks and feels quite sturdy for the price . The item was dispatched efficiently and received earlier than expected.Dislike – I bought it thinking the legs would foldaway after use because we have limited space in our home gym so my minor point is I will have to dismantle x 2 bolts when not in use to store away flat.
