Unit received. Its good and strong. The instructions for assembly are tiny and very hard to read but theres only about 16 bolts so it didn’t take too long.I recommend the unit itself.BUT: if you buy one of these, although it ships with 8 wall bolts, they are terrible quality. Of the 8, half sheared off in my wall, and they are the kind that once there are in, you can’t get back out again. So I am currently relying on 4 bolts to hold me up. It was that or try another spot and have a ruined wall. I recommend you go invest in some good quality wall bolts like Rawlbolt, or use ones that pass through the unit from the front and tighten up that way.

I bought this for my garden workouts as I don’t want to go back to the gym due to Convid-19. Easy to build and very sturdy…I’m 14 stone and it feels very secure on the wall when I’m using it. The bolts that go into the wall are long enough. These must-have been changed/upgraded as I did see reviews saying that the bolts were not long enough. The padding does get very hot in the sun so take care with bare skin touching it initially. Living in Scotland though, I don’t see this being a prolonged issue :-)Word of warningIt is hard work but start slow and build up and you will quickly see the results.Overall I am very happy with this product and would buy it again.

I have been using a dip station at gym for years and bought this for my brick shed. I weigh 82kg and also hang 20-30kg plates during dips.On the plus side this is cheap, and that is about it.It is extremely hard to compare similar products online. Unless it can be used after assembly or at a store somewhere it is very difficult to buy an expensive product over this one, on that basis I bought this one.Several issues were apparent during and after assembly:1. The fixings for the wall provided are not trustworthy, you need to buy good alternatives from a hardware store unless you want to risk serious injury.2. The arms are woefully small for me even at maximum extension to carry out leg raises comfortably, and I am not the tallest guy around at 5’10″3. The arms do not extend well. On max extension, the they are ill supported with just a few inches left inside the main frame. So, it is not possible to use the arms at max extension for dips unless you weigh 15kg. I have had to customise extensively and added supports from up the floor for this to work. As a result, the arms are permanently extended. I still won’t dare to add plates to my body weight on this one as the metal doesnt look as sturdy as commercial gym material4. As someone has already reviewed, this is a dip station and NOT a chin up stationConclusion: buy it only for dips; they are perhaps safe at minimum arm extension. Secure with bolts purchased separately. If you want serious and heavy work out,buy better equipment or stick to gym
