    This mat is good quality, thick and sturdy.I purchased to go under a walking pad treadmill.Unfortunately it was just too wide for what I needed so I did return, but not due to any faults. It is a good quality item.

    I already have a gym equipment mat from a high street shop and was looking for another. This is slightly small width wise but is the size that I needed. The other one is dense foam and pliable. This one was very difficult to unroll and I had to bend it back on itself to get it to lie flat. I think that this is due to the coating. It may make it more durable. It would be suitable large gym equipment such as bikes, cross trainers etc. I would check the measurements carefully if you are purchasing for the mat to go under a treadmill.

    These mats initially worked well however within 2 months of use in my garage gym has broken & needed to be replaced, may be ok for under cardio equipment but will not stand up to regular use unfortunately
