The product looks great in my home gym, really fits in well and only took around 5 minutes to setup.My rating lost a few stars due to the quality of the build and due to the fact I’m just under 80kg and I’m noticing some slight instability in the structure whilst using it, meaning any Russian twists or anything that involves sideway motion really feels like it’s going to break on me.Overall I’d say if you weigh around 60 kg, this would be a great option for you.

Great if you want a mini home gym. I got this bench for ABS workout along with a treadmill. Very easy to assemble, quite sturdy for me and good value for money. You need to have a space dedicated for it as it my be challenging in terms of storage.

Good value with a good sturdy frame , great adjustability with incline . Can get a good work out with this piece of kit . Press ups are good using the bar . Would be better if made in europe and not in china .
