Really like this mat. It grips well on a wooden floor, unlike my last mat. It’s also wide enough to catch sweat from my bike on both sides. It rolls up well, although I use my own Velcro strip to keep it rolled.

Larger than expected, the mat amply protects my wooden floor from the treadmill on it. Leave it as is, as I have done, or cut it to size. Thick enough to protect (3mm)

Not huge but fits under static spin bike. Can easily be wiped clean. Also, not thick but dents from e.g. cleats come out quickly. I wouldn’t use as an exercise mat on its own, it’s not thick enough, but it covers the carpet beneath which is exactly what I got it for
