    The only complaint I got is the the power cable seems to come lose easy and you have to fiddle with it . That’s the only reason for giving it 3 stars apart from that it does a good job.

    Great thing ,not to heavy , does the job superb customer, as I was to distract to look for plug which was in the box rushed straight away to complain,respond was quick and straight away was looking for solution after finding plug I had to apologise for being blind…End result I am still using the device it does the job +great for moving around I don’t need to struggle it is compact and light then most of them.Honest review ☺️

    I have in the past I had a vibrating plate which was very good, but then I hurt my back so had to sell it, and now I am good and needing to tone myself and bought this one and it was’nt expensive and was delivered very quickly. very well made and can’t wait to try and do the exercises and get back to full fitnes.     Other than the remote control not being great the actual unit is brilliant and really great value for your money. Even after just three days of using it for just 10 minutes a day, I have found great improvement with the strength in my legs and knees and I can walk stairs with much less trouble now. Also my posture is so much better and my stomach is pulling in! My core strength is building, to my surprise, plus posture and overall body strength is impressive. I highly recommend this. By the way, I’m 66 and have several health conditions but this is easy to use and with excellent results. Even if the machine only lasted two years, it’s cheaper than therapy or joining a keep fit group or gym. All in your own home and takes no time out of your day.

    Only received this today, feels great but makes my legs itchy, which is normal as its the nerves in my legs getting a workout lol. Only problem is comes with Instructions but it’s not in English. This should be rectified.Will update if its doing anything 🤔 🙂

    For the price, this is fantastic and very well built, you would think it would cost more! Buy one! It’s a steal, works well. The only thing letting it down is the poor instruction book and remote control which does not work well. It dont take much to work out how to use it, i dont bother with the remote and use the controls on the actual unit. I use it everyday and have found my muscles have toned up and I’ve lost some weight just by standing on it and doing nothing! Fantastic!!!
